Preset mastschild
Füge Mastschilder zu JOSM-Preset für Hp, Ks, Hl-Haupt- und Kombinationssignale hinzu. Jetzt als zwei Eingabefelder, ich hoffe, das ist übersichtlich genug.
@bjoernma could you please rebase and change the delimiter as suggested by @Nakaner, then this can be merged.
You may want to change the commit message of the first commit. I would only select the third of the 5 messages. You may also just squash them together. This is all your personal choice, I could as well just merge it.
Should now be all squashed together and named. I let the chunk as one without differentiation, as I only expect them to be rare but not excluded and having better comparability between those.
