STDCM: The mouse scroll for the combo box field isn't working

What did you expect to happen?

I can scroll using both the mouse and keyboard

How can we reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?

Try scrolling using the mouse ( not mouse wheel)

Recette (SNCF)

On which browser the bug occurs?

Google Chrome

OSRD version (top right corner Account button > Informations)
