Clone infra endpoint

Description

Add a POST endpoint to /infra/{id}/clone/ that duplicate an infrastructure.

• [ ] This endpoint must create a new infra
• [ ] Infra cache must be updated
• [ ] The data should be generated
• [ ] The endpoint must return an Infra id
• [ ] Add it to the openapi.yaml
