Feature request: Ability to build/extract an RDT file

The programming software for the TYT MD-UV390 and probably others works with RDT files. It appears dmrconfig can happily apply an RDT file, but it can't extract one from the radio or "apply" a config script to one.

The TYT programming software works fine in Wine - but can not connect to the radio. Being able to use dmrconfig as the go-between would be killer.

Is this also possibly a bug... in that the .img file should maybe be comparable to an RDT file? The CPS software can't load the .img file.

Running:

Package: dmrconfig
Version: 1.1+git20190919.e47491e-7

I still export a .img file and the official CPS software comes back with "The Model is wrong!"
