GD77 firmware and codeplug editor info

The GD77 apparently stores which firmware version and the codeplug editor version used. Can dmrconfig be expanded to include this information.

Also, it might make sense that when the user types 'dmrconfig', that the display would show which version of dmrconfig the user is using. Apparently, there have been two versions published?

I wasn't able to find the firmware version and the editor version in the GD-77 codeplug images. May be latest GD-77 firmware added support for these data. Unfortunately, I don't have GD-77 radio at hand to figure it out.

When dmrconfig prints the configuration directly on the display, it skips all the comments, including the dmrconfig version. All you need is to redirect the output to a file, and the version will be here. Like this:

dmrconfig codeplug.dat > output.conf
