Some WWTT trains erroneously enable remaps

Yet another expansion object with a messed up third remap. Noting this down here for now as i'd like to check more objects before i fix this just incase there's more cases since at this point i'm convinced nearly every ride object in WWTT doesn't use the third remap properly. Another affected vehicle i just found are the battering ram trains for the spiral coaster.
