Add RCT1AA lay-down coaster trains

Adds the RCT1AA lay-down coaster trains as a compatibility object.

Note for object maintainers: Next release will need to update the RCT1 import code in rct1/Tables.cpp to update both the object and the colors used by the lay-down coaster type during s4 import.
