OpenRCT2 crashes when changing language and then clicking new game. again Error code = 429, Response = (nothing)

Describe the issue

In v0.4.13 if I change the language and then try to start a new game at the main menu, the game crashes. In v0.4.12 this does not happen.

Steps to reproduce

  1. start the game with version v0.4.13
  2. change language via options (from Dutch to Spanish and from Spanish to Dutch both trigger the crash)
  3. click the start new game button
  4. the game crashes

I cannot upload the files because .park, .dmp.gz and .ini files are not allowed here and the .dmp file is too large (79 MB and only 25 is allowed)

gzipped files are accepted, please upload the dump. Our backtrace instance is currently over quota.

I believe this was fixed, try the latest develop version.

Version v0.4.13-84-g5f37ba6 (5f37ba6 on develop) indeed doesn't seem to have this problem for me 👍
