Only part of the screen is used with fullscreen and a scaling factor

I set the game to use fullscreen software rendering with a scale factor of 1.75. When I first start the game with those settings, it only uses part of the screen:

If I switch to windowed mode and then back to fullscreen, it works fine.

$ openrct2 --version
OpenRCT2, v0.3.5.1
Linux (x86-64)

Why did you create a blank issue when we have a bug template? It’s there for a reason. Without mentioning your distro and how you installed OpenRCT2, we don’t even know whether you’re on develop or a release.

I clicked the menu item in the game to file a bug, and it didn't show any templates. The URL was https://github.com/OpenRCT2/OpenRCT2/issues/new?assignees= instead of https://github.com/OpenRCT2/OpenRCT2/issues/new/choose. I also checked the contributing guidelines before filing this bug, and it didn't mention templates either.

Yup, I would have used the template if I'd seen it. Here's the info it asks for:

OS: Debian GNU/Linux bookworm/sid, amd64 build: OpenRCT2, v0.3.5.1, from the Debian package 0.3.5.1+ds-2 area: none, I think
