Setup IsometricSelection for Buildings.

I copied values from RV and did some testing to be sure that everything looked correct. I know we have an utility command for this, but back when i used it for RV i had to edit some stuff afterwards, so thought they would be more correct, still seems like i had missed some.

The issue related to bibs i have mentioned on Discord is there and is effecting Service Depot here too. I'll give it a try later, so don't merge yet. But wanted to create the PR.
