Polishing Harrier/Blackhawk logic

Following #486 . There are still something need to be polished,which perform differently from original: See here

  • [ ] When being produced, the aircraft should be still, not "jumping off".

  • [ ] The aircraft should "drop bombs" closely from above the target,not firing from distance. (Change ammo type?)

  • [ ] After firing, the aircraft should first turn around then fly back, not just "draging back“.
