SDK installer doesnt delete the original contents of the folder.

This is an issue because modders can delete files to replace them, like maps for example, these dont get deleted when reinstalling a version of the mod.

This is also an ongoing issue with the main OpenRA installer. We may be able to display a "do you want to erase the existing directory (you really should)?" prompt during install.
