Integrity check the downloaded assets

Downloads might get corrupted during transfer or the asset mirror isn't distributing what it should. A hash could be stored in the yaml files to be checked against to verify the download is what it's supposed to be.

I don't think the networking label is valid here. If there is an error in asset transmission that isn't a problem with the client/server networking code.
