waitprinter parameter doesn't seem to take effect
Describe the bug "I added the waitjob and waitprinter parameters when adding the printer. Based on my testing, it seems that only the waitjob parameter is taking effect. The next job, after connecting to the printer, displays 'the printer is in use' until the previous job is completed, and then it takes about 5 seconds to start printing the next job.
However, when I use Apple CUPS 2.3.3, all jobs (3 in total) are added to the printer's print queue, as shown in the following image:"

Hi,
so do I understand correctly - you have one clients, one Mac and one Ubuntu and one printer in local network?
Please enable CUPS debug logs (ideally on the Mac as well - you can use cupsctl LogLevel=debug2), reproduce the issue and upload files with debug logging here as attachments (see 'or click to add files').
It would be great if you uploaded both debug files, so we can compare behavior and settings on Mac and Ubuntu.
