I think this shouldn't be possible to do, however when ignoring the prompt and clicking close button, new prompt is opened.

Unfortunately, this one is a little out of my control - it is part of the Pharo environment (that OpenPonk is built upon). I will propose making the window modal (or, possibly, removing old such dialogs when new one appears) to the issue tracker of Pharo.
