Helper symbols in background template OOM-file not shown in map
Steps to reproduce
- Produce a background template as OOM-file, use some symbol "help symbol - do not show on final map"
- Open another new map
- Open first as background
Actual behaviour
The background map is shown only with those symbols not help symbols
Expected behaviour
I thought all symbols should be shown, but not printed if you print. Or maybe I just misunderstood the function?

Mapper Version: 0.8.20170826 Operating System: Win 7 Pro
I think this is not well defined. Helper symbols are very special anyway, and helper symbols in a template OMAP are even more rare. Probably not many people will notice when I change this behaviour.
Actually, someone from my club ran into that issue yesterday and it took me some time to find out why the symbols he created were not shown when importing as a template.
I have encountered this exact behaviour a year and a half ago. Took me some time to realise what is going on. But now I take it as a feature, not as a bug. I am not arguing against changing the behaviour, nor for keeping the status-quo. I am just arguing the "Probably not many people will notice when I change this behaviour" part 😉
