The Measure dialog could display the minimum size even on correctly sized objects?
Currently the Measure dialog only display the minimum size/length if an object is to small/short. Such information would, however, be useful even through an object isn't below the minimum size/length.
If an user is for example looking to modify a small area or a short line it can be very useful to know what margins one has to work with before one starts.
