Enhancement: increase size of 'Map notes' window

When mapper is open in full-screen, the map notes window still opens very small by default. It would be nice if it could open at a larger size so more notes can be read without having to immediately resize the window.

Related to #1117 however that issue seemed to be in the interest of changing the type of dialog of the map notes box. The way the map notes are displayed on Mac OS also seems to have changed since then. It would be great to simply increase the default size of the opened window on both Windows and MacOS.
