Update and rename ISSprOM 2019_4000.omap to ISSprOM 2019-2_4000.omap

Update Symbol set following errata of ISSprOM2019-2 make some modifications on colors and railway symbol. to follow "IOF_Map_Specifications_Printing_And_Colour_Definitions" I assumed: Dark green is (100 0 80 30) (writen on errata of ISOM2017-2) Green 100% is (76 0 91 0) because now dark green is back

• The symbol set files which are to be modified/replaced are in symbol sets/src. Note that these files use the xmap extension. They use a more verbose XML format which makes it easier to review changes or to do manual edits. The omap files are generated from these files, with checks for consistency and preparation for translation.
• Before saving, all undo/redo steps must be cleared.
• The xmap file also contains example map content / test data. But we can restore this.

What it is really needed is independent testing

• Are symbols and color correctly implemented?
• Does upgrading ISSprOM 2019 maps work without problems?
• Does saving as OCD and loading again work sufficiently?

I have make some test saving as OCD and some mofication and now it's work well. I attach the xmap file, because working whith gitub is to compliquate for me for the moment and i haven't the time to learn. ISSprOM 2019-2_4000.zip .

The dark green uncrossable vegetation shouldn't overlay roads. If you still plan on merging this you should probably check that out.

Confirmed. Uncrossable vegetation area symbol needs to use Dark green area symbols colour. Please see printing and colour definitions document. IOF Map specifications printing and colour definitions (published February 2022).pdf

The colour appendix document was published on February 24, what is one month later than January ISSprOM. The reason is that there were some clarifications and corrections, also to other specifications. And of course, not all is going so fast as expected if you are volunteering, have your own work and family. Hope you understand this.
