Updat ISOM2017-2 Symbol set with 2022 Errata

Please, use English in issues (guess title should be "Update ISOM 2017-2 with 2022 corrections" instead)

As I see linked PDF file name is ISOM 2017-2 (Adjusted version published January 2019).pdf (which was discussed here: https://github.com/OpenOrienteering/mapper/issues/1184), BUT inside PDF its title says IOF_ISOM_2017-2 Version 2022_01_24.indd (name of source InDesign file):

cc @krticka, may you finally standardize versioning in IOF MC to not confusing all of mappers?

If ISOM updated on 2022 it should be ISOM 2022, and if there are corrections made same year add revision number (i.e. ISOM 2022-2, ISOM 2022-3, etc.). Same versioning should be used for all other symbol sets.

Errata is the word used in the specification in the English version. I also find that the mapp comission has a chaotic management of these updates, but it's not my fault.

@eolmapper, My previous comment directed to @krticka (IOF MC member), not to you.

Errata is the word used in the specification in the English version.

"Errata" and "Updat" are not English words we use on issues tracker.

As I see Errata even not a common word, as it also translated as "changes" (so "errata" means "changelog", but not a "2022 corrections" as this single update is)

According to the Chicago Manual of Style, "Errata, lists of errors and their corrections, may take the form of loose, inserted sheets or bound-in pages. An errata sheet is definitely not a usual part of a book. It should never be supplied to correct simple typographical errors (which may be rectified in a later printing) or to insert additions to, or revisions of, the printed text (which should wait for the next edition of the book). It is a device to be used only in extreme cases where errors severe enough to cause misunderstanding are detected too late to correct in the normal way but before the finished book is distributed. Then the errors may be listed with their locations and their corrections on a sheet that is tipped in, either before or after the book is bound, or laid in loose, usually inside the front cover of the book. (Tipping and inserting must be done by hand, thus adding considerably to the cost of the book.)"

That's an interesting quotation from the Chicago Manual of Style. It arises from the context of paper publishing, and the quoted description is very different from a "changelog". By the way, I have seen the word "errata" many times in English publications.

An international committee has a process it must abide by. It's not surprising that they would stretch the meaning of errata to include fixes that are made two years after publication.

Here is the updated and reworked ISOM v4.2022 (suggested future naming!) for testing. I integrated both the color guidelines as set an emphasis on minimum widths, lenghts and gaps. These are widely integrated by "halos" in a white color at the bottom of the color table. Many of them are only visible in case the object gets selected. For other symbols I added the minimum point symbols.

Hope you enjoy it and can give some feedback... ISOM ISOM v4.2022_15000-1.zip
