Rename "Coin" menu to "Item"

As OpenNumismat could be used not only for coins, it would be good if menus and options will has 'item' instead of 'coin' descriptions.

Hello, thanks for the great software. I would also really like this, because I use it for banknotes. When I posted about it in a banknote forum everyone saw the screenshots that said "coin" and didn't understand the software.

In my opinion, when creating a new collection, the program should ask what type of collection will be described - coins, banknotes, postage stamps, other and based on the type of collection to change the parameters - working screens, fields. But this may be difficult to implement.
