Request for new Status entries

I have the unfortunate need to make this request...

The Status field (which gives the options of "Owned", "Ordered", "Sold", etc. isn't editable and doesn't link to a reference list. If it is, I haven't figured it out yet and please let me know where to find it.

I'd like to see a couple of extra values for this field: "Stolen" and "Missing".

This is to generate the appropriate lists since I'm having to deal with it at the moment.
