[Feature Request] Shortcut for Move Up and Move Down actions.

Please add Keyboard shortcuts for Move Up and Move Down actions. Or ability to use Move Up and Move Down actions for multiple selected items.

I have about 1500 bones in my collection and It's takes much time to place items in right places.
