BIDS Validation & file integrity checks does not finish/lags on OpenNeuro website

What went wrong?

I am trying to create an initial version of multiple repos on OpenNeuro so that I can publish them, but am unable to do so either due to the BIDS validation pending without end and/or file integrity checks pending without end. The following repos are affected: ds006688; ds006739; ds006744

Expected behavior

BIDS validation and file integrity checks run for a couple of minutes, then if successful, permits creation of new version of dataset to publish

How to reproduce

1. Go to 'Versioning' tab on website interface
2. Add to CHANGES file lines
3. The following error messages are produced: "BIDS validation must be complete and all errors corrected to create a version"; "BIDS validation must be complete and all errors corrected and file integrity checks are pending and may take a few minutes to complete. Please wait a few minutes to create a version"; "file integrity checks are pending and may take a few minutes to complete. Please wait a few minutes to create a version"

@nellh https://openneuro.org/datasets/ds006905 is failing to complete file integrity checks as well.

Of these, https://openneuro.org/datasets/ds006739 is still showing pending checks. The others are completing.

Hello! Thank you so much for fixing the validation issues. I am following up on this as the file integrity checks are no longer pending, but I am now getting errors after the checks that I am not sure how to resolve (see below for example). I uploaded these files using openneuro CLI, but not from a git-tracked or datalad-tracked dataset, so I am wondering what might be causing these errors or what steps I can take to troubleshoot?
