[BUG] Unable to upload dataset.

What went wrong?

Received server error: Response not successful: Recieved status code 502 on attempted dataset upload. Error message was consistent at both command line and browser.

Command line version of openneuro\cli: 4.28.3 Browser Version: Mozilla Firefox 115.7.0esr OS: RHEL 8.7

Expected behavior

Dataset should complete upload as non-published DS.

How to reproduce

CLI:

  1. Run openneuro upload <your dataset> --ignoreWarnings
  2. Select all options in the affirmative
  3. Wait.

Website:

  1. Log into OpenNeuro.org
  2. Select Upload Data Tab
  3. Pick dataset on local file system.
  4. Wait for error.

Desktop

  • OS: RHEL 8.7
  • Browser: Mozilla Firefox
  • Version: 115.7.0esr

Do you want to give it another try to see if it was a temporary blip before we start trying to dig down?
