URL namespace for federated datasets

What would you like to see added?

For datasets with external DOIs that we would be mirroring, e.g. https://publicneuro.eu, it probably makes sense to use a separate namespace. One thought would be https://openneuro.org/doi/<doi>. For ON datasets, it would redirect to the usual page (or could be just a view), but it would be the only landing page for externally-managed datasets.
