Snapshot generation failure: ds005115

What went wrong?

https://openneuro.org/datasets/ds005115 is attempting to create a new snapshot. The DOI is getting updated in dataset_description.json, but the changelog isn't being modified, and no snapshot is created.

I did not find any obvious signs of errors in the logs.

Expected behavior

Snapshot should succeed.

A snapshot was created and exported to unblock this dataset but still investigating the issue here.

@nellh This dataset still cannot release. Can you create a new minor release with changelog entry "Added TREV data"? (https://openneuro.org/datasets/ds005115/snapshot)
