Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Any operation where a user needs to delete a file could correspond to a need to purge annexed contents. For example, removing an entire subject that has withdrawn consent, or who has been found to have private data exposed.

Describe the solution you'd like Similar to bulk-delete, it would be useful to have a bulk flag/purge option. Adding an entire directory to the bulk delete/flag/purge would also be helpful.

Describe alternatives you've considered In the short term, is there a graphql approach to bulk purges?
