Freshdesk not reporting dataset page

Describe the bug Freshdesk reports all describe themselves as having been submitted from https://openneuro.org. Most users do not provide the dataset they're working on when writing support tickets, so the first interaction is typically "What dataset are you working on?"

We used to get the actual page, so hopefully that's recoverable.

That is odd, I'll track it down and add a test for it so it doesn't regress again.
