Dataset names must contain non-whitespace characters

Describe the bug A user with edit access on a dataset was unable to click on it in the "my datasets" listing because title at the latest snapshot was " ".

Possibly this should be a validator issue. Edge case with straightforward workaround, so low priority. Assigning self, but would like advice on whether we implement locally or in validator.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set dataset title to " "
2. Make snapshot
3. Unclickable search listing

Expected behavior

Datasets should always have a clickable link in the search listings
