Condition of Conditional Packages
Issue statement: The condition for a Pac is already specified in the <<Cond>> stereotype. Do we still need the constraints and shown in the UML diagram?

2019.10.04 IISOMI Discussion:
- Concluded that <Cond> and the Constraint are duplicating the definition. Should need only one.
- Constraint is visiable in the class diagram. <Cond: : Condition> is not visiable in the class diagram.
- In addition, the machine readable OCL construct can be used in both cases.
- In the call, the discussion prefer using the <Cond> stereotype. Final decision is still open pending on the opinion of the other stakeholders.
