Delete attributes related to configuration-and-switch-control

For the Proposal in the issue https://github.com/openBackhaul/core/issues/29 , need to prune the CoreModel.

Solution : In the UML2YANG tool in the experimental branch , require to modify the field "Prune" to true as mentioned in the following table to the /models/tools/pruning-and-refactoring/core-model/src/main/resources/xslt/pruning-control.xml.
