Ruby-agueas is not compatible with ruby 3.2 (Ubuntu 24.04)

Description ruby-agueas is using Fixnum which was deprecated in ruby 3.2, which effectively breaks onecfg on Ubutnu24.04

To Reproduce Use onecfg in Ubuntu24.04

Additional context ruby-augeas is [dead project] (https://github.com/hercules-team/ruby-augeas/pulls) the quickies fix seems to be to fork it and maintain
