[FSunstone] Active/Loaded config display section

Description In order for administrators to more easily have access to the currently loaded configuration file (in cases where only browser access might be available), a new "Configuration" subtab should be added under the Settings tab.

Use case Easier and more direct access to the loaded configuration file.

Interface Changes

Add a new configuration section under the showback one for example.

Additional Context This new section/view requires no editability or anything. It should simply display the active configuration file in a convenient way. And only be visible to administrators.
