Cold migration across clusters

Description

OpenNebula clusters have their own datastores and virtual networks. Hence, migrating to and from them is not allowed currently:

• disks need to be undeployed, copied to a target datastore
• NICs need to be detached and attached in the target vnet

This needs to be orchestrated, and there are no components at the moment that can handle this.

We (TrueFullstaq) were/are really looking forward to this feature. And would be happy to do some beta testing if it helps speed up development.
