Configure BRIDGE_LIST with existing hosts instead of text input field

Description To monitor ceph based datastores, OpenNebula connects to IPs configured in the BRIDGE_LIST variable at datastore settings. By adding or removing Hosts, IPs at BRIDGE_LIST has to be modified manually.

Use case The goal is to configure BRIDGE_LIST with a list of Hosts (those that already exist, IPs can be found there) and not with a free text input field to enter IPs manually. Consequently, OpenNebula should not allowed to remove Hosts that are still configured as a monitoring bridge.

Interface Changes Replace the BRIDGE_LIST text input field with the possibility to select existing Hosts.
