[Sunstone] Dynamic Sunstone tabs

Description

In order to support different OpenNebula flavours a mechanism to add Sunstone tabs at build time is needed.

The goal is to have separate repos capable of adding new tabs to Sunstone by simply installing its content on top of a vanilla OpenNebula repo, ideally without modifying any file (or minimum changes if needed)
