Description This issue is to review and update the implementation of the ceph drivers:

• The implementation will be updated to use Ruby.
• Check the following issues:
  • #3146
  • #5185
  • #872
  • #6570 (see note about limiting IOps ) Use case Improve maintainability of Ceph drivers, ease the implementation of new features in a second step.
