Issue installing on Ubuntu 18.04

When trying to install on Ubuntu 18.04 i get the following error during the install process. Installation for KVM was used.

Aren't you behind transparent proxy, which could malform the content? Can you check what's in the downloaded file? Is it really deb? What metadata does it have.
