Empty gap at the beginning of the exported audio in 3.11

Describe the bug There is an empty gap at the beginning of the exported audio in 3.11.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Export audio in 3.11.
2. Export audio in 3.10.
3. Compare two and check if there is an empty gap.

Expected behavior There shouldn't be any empty gap at the beginning.

Additional context Not a big deal, but can be problematic when you're using exported audio as a custom instrument.
