Uninstaller deletes ALL files in selected folder without proper warning.

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Put the uninstaller in a folder with, say, a bunch of programs in it where you accidentally installed nbs instead of in a sub folder
2. Run it
3. It starts deleting everything and doesn't have a stop option

Expected behavior That the uninstaller only uninstalls the files the installer adds

Additional context I lost an unknown number of files to this so my apologies if I end up being less than courteous regarding this. If all the uninstaller does is delete everything in the folder there should be a better warning if not no uninstaller at all

It is the intended purpose of the uninstaller though as the program install dir can contain modified files and it cannot know which is needed to be uninstalled. However we can do this: (tauri-apps/tauri#9478)
