Support to interprate Credibility information (OMSimulator)

Read and visualize a model operational domain (OD) expressed in the SRMD format. Functionality deduced as needed by 1.6 demonstrator (VTI, Saab) Suggested API commands

1. Query SSP/FMU to identify available meta-data
2. Query an identified meta-data file (expressing an OD or a domain of validation) to extract the available dimensions
3. Specify two dimensions and generate plot.
4. Specify two identified meta-data files and deduce common dimension. (In a first step, this can rely on name matching only. Later a combination of names and units)
5. Specify two identified meta-data files and plot intersecting areas for common dimensions.
