We can't remove TranscodingStreams v0.9 from dependencies anywhere due to the VariantCallFormat package not being updated for Automa v1.

VariantCallFormat.jl looks to support Automa v1 now, thanks to https://github.com/rasmushenningsson/VariantCallFormat.jl/pull/17
