Summary

• Added "hatched out" areas to plots of design variables (states, controls, parameters) that indicate regions beyond the lower or upper bounds of the variables.
• Added circle_cross glphys at initial/final nodes when those state/control values have fix_initial=True.
• Added "hatched out" areas with a different hatching pattern to indicate path constraints.
• Added toggle buttons to enable/disable display of bounds.
• TODO: Still no indication of inition/final boundary constraints.
