Adding 6DOF EOM and ODE for analysis

Summary

This draft PR is the beginning framework for the 6DOF EOM and ODE mission set up. The EOM, force component resolver (to resolve external forces into their components), and ODE files are written. The draft PR is presented to aid in the unittest file in the test folder, which is unfinished as of now, as well as the problem configurator.
