Change doc examples to remove use of mixed (e.g. GwGm) bench tests

The docs often use the "mixed" test benchmarks such as GwGm, FwFm, as examples. These should be phased out, as they are unintuitive and confusing for new users. The docs should only be using example models that are intended for users to interact with, those that exist in aviary/models only.

Use of the mixed benches should be relegated to tests only, even those that are "pure" single-code based.

We have aircraft_for_bench_GwGm.csv, aircraft_for_bench_FwFm.csv, etc. in models/test_aircraft folder. Do you mean that they will be renamed?
