Fully decouple mission and aerodynamics

Selection of aero method is currently tied to mission method selection, making it clunky or unintuitive to setup desired analysis. For example, running GASP aero with energy-height require setting up the aero builder with 'FLOPS' legacy code then sending a specific method to use as a cruise aero substitute - this doesn't match how other builders work and locks the analysis out of using other GASP methods like low-speed.

Desired ability to select any aerodynamics routine independently of mission EOMs, similar to how mass is currently handled. Geometry may need to be set based on aero and mass source instead of also being tied to mission selection along with aero.
