from @jdgratz10: Reduce all of the Aviary methods that set defaults down to only a singular method that is used everywhere. That method should be the currently existing set_aviary_initial_values.

Make sure set_up_trajectory_params is used on the FLOPS and GASP side

It is probably resolved because there is no set_up_trajectory_params in Aviary now.
