Variable overrides should specify the value being used

During the problem setup, a notification of which variables are being overridden is printed out

The following variables have been overridden:
  'aircraft:fuselage:wetted_area
  'aircraft:horizontal_tail:wetted_area
  'aircraft:vertical_tail:wetted_area
  'aircraft:wing:aspect_ratio
  'aircraft:wing:wetted_area

It would be nice if this printout also included the value being set, such as:

The following variables have been overridden:
  'aircraft:fuselage:wetted_area  3000  ft**2
