Cannot delete wall with right-click whilst wall-placement-tool is active

Describe the bug When constructing things, you can delete scenery such as trees with right-click. However when placing walls, you cannot right-click-delete them (but you can delete trees).

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Place a wall
2. With the wall-placement-tool still enabled, try to right-click delete any wall

Expected behaviour Wall is deleted

Wall removal is only enabled in Editor Mode. Are we wanting to make this possible in all modes or just when sandbox mode is enabled?

We've enabled wall placement generally, so it makes sense to make removal available as well, right.
